		<description>Bloggers do tend to fall into formatting problems, don&#039;t we?nnSome people shoot for a 1:9 ratio of Me:You, and it makes it hard to see them as humans. Others are all Me:Me/Me which is even worse.nnI&#039;ll agree that intent is a big part of this. If the intent is to advance socially, or professionally, chances are eventually you&#039;ll start producing less work people find interesting. Engaging and Relevant fine - but prolific becomes the real third leg of the tripod.</description>
