I love the show Man Men and appreciate your viewpoint here. It really does make a difference when you are passionate about what you do day in and day out. One thing that makes it so important is the people you are working for (whether clients or bosses) will garner better results when your heart is in a project rather than simply your body.

it was truly awesome to see him kick them out of the office. when i was in agency world, there were so many times i wanted to boot the client right out of there because they were too dense to “get it” … sigh.. if only DD was my Creative Director..
