I&#039;d then question the motivations of those who want to keep their city behind more progressive (said like &quot;better&quot;) cities like New York.

No offense, baltimoregal — Pittsburgh isn&#039;t on any of those lists either. This is where I learned this tactic.

I should also point out that this tactic will probably only work to make people hate you, but if you&#039;re funny enough, they&#039;ll call you sarcastic.</description>
